Our products are manufactured by various factories outside the US (Europe and Asia). Upon receiving an order we will request the specific items from the factories within 24 hours. The whole shipping and processing may take 7 – 40 working days. If items are craft-on-demand, or require back-ordering of materials or custom adjustments, please allow additional time for the processing.

We provide FREE Standard Shipping(20-40 working days) on orders $35 or above for US orders. Any amount under $35 will be charged $15 for shipping and handling. Any orders $75 or above will be upgraded to Free Express Shipping (7-18 working days). Please note that the estimated time is for customers located within the United States. For international orders, additional time may be required depending on your location.

All items are packaged in deluxe boxes and shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Wisconsin. A tracking number will be provided to each customer.

IMPORTANT: To return your product, you must contact our customer service at service@mimimoreau.com to discuss the issue. Any unnotified returns will be invalid for any type of refund or exchange.

We accept conditional returns and offer exchange on damaged items. We will not be responsible for lost shipment with tracking number.

If you wish to return an item in perfect condition,  you will be responsible for the shipping charge, and $25 will also be charged for the processing fee as we go through complicated shipping processes as a small starting business. We appreciate your understanding.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a valid reason via email. We may also require a clear picture of defected or damaged item via email at service@mimimoreau.com.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@mimimoreau.com

To return your product, you should email us at service@mimimoreau.com for details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs as well as a processing fee of $25 for returning your item in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
